Turn Off Marketing Tracking

My Kai uses analytics tools to understand how users find our app. You can opt out of this tracking at any time.

On iPhone: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off My Kai

Or email us at privacy@getmykai.com with the subject line "Opt Out of Tracking" and we will process your request within 5 business days.

Request a Copy of Your Data

You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data My Kai holds about you, including your profile, meal plans, and nutrition history.

Delete Your My Kai Account

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Once deleted, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days and cannot be recovered.

To delete your account, go to My Kai App → Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us below.

Correct or Update Your Data

You can update your name, email, weight, height, and nutrition goals directly in the My Kai app under Settings. For other corrections, email privacy@getmykai.com.

California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. My Kai does not sell your personal information.

To submit a CCPA request, email privacy@getmykai.com with the subject line "CCPA Request."
